We ship only within the UK. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to the US and the rest of the world due to customs restrictions on seeds. We are working on bringing Herboo everywhere around the world. Tag us @herboo to let us know where you live!

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-4 business days to arrive. Delivery tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We work mainly with Royal Mail, our Standard shipping is sent on the Royal Mail 48 service and our Express is Royal Mail 24, Next Day delivery.

No outdoor space is needed! Herboo was created from a kitchen table, for kitchen tables. Not everyone has outdoor space and wants to make it easier to enjoy nature from home. We provide coir compost pellets with all our boxes and all our chosen plants to grow will continue to do just fine on the windowsill with a bigger pot and soil.

We source all of our seeds from British and European suppliers, emphasising quality, sustainability and organically cultivated where possible.

We recommend sowing your seeds in small batches, even more so when growing a new variety for the first time. Just in case something goes wrong, leaving you with enough to try again. We're looking at you slugs and snails.

We’re sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your Herboo products. As our subscription boxes and seeds contain perishable products we are unable to accept refunds. That being said, if there has been an error with your order, or you've had no luck with sowing, please contact us at [email protected] within 28 days of your purchase.

With the exception of specifically bought hybrids (stated as F1) all of our seeds are open-pollinated and GMO-free.
