An English version of the loved Tuscan kale, Kale Black Magic is a favourite for the garden gourmet and makes for an excellent microgreen. Expect crazy good health benefits and plant that just keeps on giving. Likes the cold more than we do, which just makes us love it more.

OUR TIPS
For the first two days, cover the seeds so they are in darkness to help them germinate. Place somewhere warm, on top of the fridge is a great way to start them off.
